We are an international sports agency that offers player representation, career management, as well as brand management services. Additionally, we specialize in cross-boarder transfers, in which we utilize our strong global network to transfer players to where they are needed and appreciated the most.
Meet our ceo
Joon Lyeo is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of J9 Sports Management. Mr. Lyeo learned to love football while having grown up living and playing the sport in Korea, Singapore, Austria, Czechia, Qatar, and the United States. His passion for football was amplified during his high school years in Doha from 2011 to 2013, during which he worked as an interpreter for professional Korean football players in the Qatar Stars League.
Consequent to his early entry into the professional football world, Mr. Lyeo has developed a strong international network of football professionals for 10+ years, including football players, agents, as well as directors and coaching staff of various clubs around the world. He successfully passed the FIFA Agent Exam in April, 2023.
Mr. Lyeo previously worked as an Assistant Manager at SPC, which is one of the largest F&B Companies in Korea. Prior to SPC, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in Atlanta, Georgia, and has served in the Republic of Korea Army as an Education Soldier at Dora Observatory by the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).
Mr. Lyeo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
